Newer resident to Cedar Green

I've been a resident for over 6 months now. I have lived in a few apartment communities and Cedar Green is the best so ... far. My first contact when I toured was with a gentleman in management James. The toured was great and informative. Building manager was so kind to introduce herself to me and offered her help if I had any questions. I live in the large 1 bedroom and love it. Office management is always available if needed and any work order I put in was handled within 24 hrs. The first half of my lease has been very impressive. I've seen the office staff out and about doing anything that's needed. Carie and James definitely aren't afraid to pitch in doing yard work, watering outside plants, I've been very impressed with my experience here and don't plan on leaving. The new parking permit policy is great and staff have done great implementing it. It's nice to know cars here belong here. It's a safety issue. Thank you Cedar Green staff for all you do! There’s No Place Like Home at Cedar Green

Shining Star management and maintenance team here at Cedar Green. Service requests are ALWAYS resolved the same day. A nice ... way to show they care, maintenance will leave a door hanger on the door letting you know maintenance was in your home. Management has always been extremely helpful and understanding. Additionally, excellent communication with prompt replies to emails and voicemails. I’ve been a resident of Cedar Green since August of 2021 and plan to renew my lease for a 3rd term.
